1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on XB Game Codes are digital game activation codes that can be redeemed on Xbox platforms. Once a code has been delivered to you, it is considered used, as it cannot be deactivated or resold. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds on codes that have already been delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Code: If you did not receive your game activation code after completing the purchase, please contact us. We will investigate and resend the code or issue a refund if the code delivery failure is confirmed.
  • Invalid or Non-Working Code: If the code you received does not work or is invalid, please contact us immediately. We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, either provide a replacement code or issue a refund.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same game or product more than once, please contact us. We will review the situation, and if confirmed, we may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available under the following conditions:

  • Code Already Redeemed: Once a game code has been successfully delivered and redeemed, it is non-refundable. This includes codes that have been activated or added to your account.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or any reason that does not involve a failure in product delivery or function.
  • Wrong Xbox Version Purchase: If you purchase a code for the wrong console version (for example, buying an Xbox One code instead of an Xbox Series X), we cannot issue a refund. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct code for your console, the console version is very clearly stated in each products title.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined above, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Proof: If possible, provide screenshots or other documentation to demonstrate the problem (e.g., error message for invalid code).
  • Refund Review: Once we receive your request, we will investigate and respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days of the approval notice.

5. Payment Method for Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
